Welcome to BlazeChannel ("BlazeChannel," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Blaze Channel USA, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, streaming services, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. The Service
BlazeChannel is a digital entertainment platform providing streaming access to Nollywood and African movies, music videos, trailers, original productions, and related content. Content is offered under two tiers:

2. Accounts and Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@blazechannel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Account Sharing
Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or resold. We may limit concurrent streams and may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in credential sharing.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
3.1 Plans and Pricing
Premium subscriptions are currently offered at $4.99 USD per month or $50 USD per year. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
3.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account under "Automatic Payments." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain Premium access until then. No partial-period refunds are provided except where required by law.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend Premium access until payment is resolved. If payment cannot be completed, your account will revert to the Free tier.
3.6 Free Trials and Promotions
If we offer free trials or promotional pricing, eligibility terms will be disclosed at signup. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All content, design, code, logos, and structure of the Service are owned, controlled, or licensed by Blaze Channel USA, LLC and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content.
4.2 License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to your subscription tier.
4.3 Restrictions
You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, sell, rent, or circumvent any content protection measures. You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service. Framing or embedding the Service elsewhere is prohibited without our written permission.
5. User-Submitted Content
5.1 Uploads
Registered users may submit content such as trailers, contest entries (BlazeTalent), posts, photos, and comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, distribute, promote, and adapt it on the Service.
5.2 Your Warranties
You represent that you own or control all rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful; and does not contain malware or deceptive code.
5.3 Moderation
We may review, approve, reject, or remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Submission does not guarantee publication.
5.4 Contests
BlazeTalent and similar contests may have additional rules announced with each contest. Submission of a contest entry grants us a license to use your entry in connection with the contest and promotion of the Service.

BlazeWorld, comments, and other social features are public areas. Anything you post may be viewed, copied, or stored by other users — do not share sensitive personal information. We may moderate and remove posts at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor all content.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates PayPal for payments, YouTube for embedded videos, and may link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their privacy practices. Your dealings with them are at your own risk.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or conduct harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZE CHANNEL USA, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaze Channel USA, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blaze Channel USA, LLC regarding the Service.
